The project consists of 9 new builds, of 4 houses and 5 bungalows which were a mixture of shared ownership and affordable housing units. An existing block of 80 garages was demolished to make way for the new development.

The units have been finished to a high standard, keeping in line with Secured By Designs Specification. The residential development included highway works to the surrounding site and creation of green spaces.
