This high specification luxury house was built by Marfleet Building Contractors in 2002. We were selected to return to construct the unique pool house which was built under the clients front lawn. Access to the pool house is gained through a tunnel that is linked to the main house. 

The pool house features electric opening front doors with flick of a switch privacy glazing, air conditioned wine cellar and a solid limestone spiral staircase connecting the tunnel to the house. The green roof of the pool house has the capability to land a helicopter on the roof of a structure.
