The works for Fox's Marine Store, Ipswich included concrete cutting through existing mezzanine slab for new a stair well to be installed, forming 5500 sq ft of new office spaces on the first floor as well as kitchen and toilet facilities. 

The first floor mezzanine has been extended to create additional office space on the first floor, the works included installation of structural steelwork, pad foundations and associated works.

The project was undertaken 7 days a week and for 12 hours a day with the marine store operating normal hours throughout the project.
