This remarkable New England style beach house was constructed to a very high specification. Recently a sub terranean swimming pool was added. The pool was built under the front lawn to the property with a glazed roof allowing in natural light.
Built for a private client to their exact specification this country house incorporated design style and materials to ensure it blended in perfectly to its rural surroundings.
This new build home was constructed on the footprint of a former water mill. Some of the original mill features are incorporated in to this new large family home.
