Over the years we have been working on investment property for Developers to turn their buildings in to University Accredited accommodation. The Universities have exact specifications on their requirements for the accommodation, which we adhere to get the units completed in strict time frame to ensure maximum return for the developer.
Sites completed in Colchester and Bristol.
Marfleets were instructed to build very large partition walls in the new factory for Gunfleet Marine; the partition walls were constructed to meet the client’s needs and specification.
We worked around the owners/ tenants of the building to cause minimum disturbance whilst works were carried out.
