As of 2010 we completed a renovation of an old farmhouse in Pollenca Mallorca.This is our first major building project abroad.We propose to set up a Building Management firm based in Pollenca Mallorca within the next few years.This will be run by Steve Marfleet who has owned a home on the island since 2001  and has good contacts with local builders and professional architects and engineers.Have a look at the photos of this once overlooked derelict farmhouse and appreciate what it looks like now.
